Purpose
The Chapel Vision Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization established to design and deliver outreach services that meet critical human needs and strengthen community well-being. Rooted in the belief that opportunity should never be limited by circumstance, the organization addresses persistent gaps in education, economic stability, and basic services that too many families face. Across the United States, nonprofit service providers are under increasing strain as one-third have experienced lost or delayed funding, putting essential services at risk even as community needs grow. Meanwhile, demand for supports like housing, utilities, and food assistance remains at record levels, with millions of households seeking help because existing resources fall short.
In response to these urgent challenges and to expand access to educational opportunity, The Chapel Vision CDC proudly offers an annual scholarship that invests in students’ futures, helping remove financial barriers to higher education and fostering pathways to economic mobility. Through service delivery, community partnership, and direct investment in youth, the organization works to create sustainable change and ensure that all individuals have the tools and support needed to thrive.
